Our girls have had 2 very special places to sleep when they were babies. Kevin's Dad (Papa) made this cradle when Katelyn was born. He spent many hours making the cradle, and it is very special to us. One day our grandchildren will sleep in it too!
Katelyn and Kendall's name and date of birth are attached to the cradle. Caroline's will be on there soon. The middle says "Built With Love By Papa"
This bassinet has been in Michelle's family for 72 years. That's right 72 years. It was made for Michelle's uncle 72 years ago. Michelle's Mom slept in it - Michelle slept in it - all of our girls have slept in it. It has been estimated that over 30 babies have used it over the years. One day we will pass it down to our girls. 
Katelyn wanted Caroline to sleep next to her at nap the other day. She moved to the middle of the bed and to the edge of the bed so that she could see her. How cute is that?
